Car classes

Motor vehicles – excluding motorcycles of classes AM, A, A1 and A2 – with a maximum permissible mass of 3,500 kg and for the transport of not more than eight seats, excluding the driver’s seat (also with a trailer with a maximum permissible mass of 750 kg or with a maximum permissible mass of more than 750 kg, provided that the maximum permissible mass of the combination does not exceed 3,500 kg)

Combinations consisting of a class B towing vehicle and a trailer or semi-trailer. The permissible total weight of the trailer may exceed 750 kg, but not exceed 3,500 kg. The vehicle combination may not exceed 7,000 kg.

• no separate driving license class
• from 17 years of age with accompanied driving
• from 18 years

Combination of class B  motor vehicle  with trailer (permissible total weight of the trailer more than 750 kg) with a permissible total mass between 3,500 kg and 4,250 kg.
